Rock the Walk 2023
Are you ready for outdoor fun? Rock the Walk is back on May 18, and all summer long you can enjoy live music from well-known bands in the ArtsWalk Pocket park every Thursday from 5-9 p.m.! Pop Up Chair Massages
Massage Unicorn will be offering FREE chair massages to residents from 6 to 8 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of every month! This event will rotate monthly in different buildings. Breakfast Club Series: Free Bagels
Start your weekend off with a full stomach at our quarterly Bagel Bash! On April 15 at 10 a.m., you can enjoy freshly baked bagels from Johnny’s Bagels in the lobby of your building.
Blind Date with a Book
Here’s a date you won’t have to dress up for! If you’re looking to spice up your reading list, you can have a Blind Date with a Book. Stop by your building’s lobby or lounge to choose from a variety of books that your community manager picked out for you. The book you take home with you will be a mystery because we wrapped each book so you can’t see the title or author! You’ll have to trust our recommendations and pick your book only based on the genre and a brief description. **Only at STRATA West Lounge, Cityplace Library, Hive Lobby, and Center Square Lofts East Lobby**

GreenDrop Donation Drive
Cleaning out your apartment this month? Save your unwanted items for the GreenDrop Charitable Donation Drive! Starting at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, you can bring items down to the main lobby of your building. Please drop off donations no later than 10 a.m. on Monday, May 8. Please make sure your items are bagged or in a box. All donations go to the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
Only certain items are accepted, so make sure to view the list before donating!
