Residents are invited to a game night with their neighbors at Dave & Busters on Saturday, January 10, from 6-9 p.m. Enjoy a night of gaming and an appetizer buffet with 1 complimentary drink per person. Each resident will receive a $25 power card for game play. This event is for residents only, and all tickets must be purchased on Eventbrite. (Tickets are not needed for children under 18 as they will not receive their own game card. Game cards are reserved for the resident who purchases the ticket only.) Limited tickets available! Resident Happy Hour at Okatshe

Treat Yourself Tuesday: Books & Bookish Goods!
Enjoy Treat Yourself Tuesday with books and bookish goods! A variety of used and new books and bookish goods (book-themed bookmarks, socks, totes, and more!) will be available in select building lobbies on Tuesday, January 20 and will be available first-come, first-served basis. Deliveries will begin at 4:00 p.m. at Strata West and make their way through the list in order below, and will be all set up by 6:00 p.m. We anticipate items going quickly, so we recommend arriving as early as possible. Reminder that items are first-come, first-served, and to be respectful and fair to your neighbors by picking one item per person! RSVP on Cobu.
VIP Tequila Dinner at Tacos Y Tequila
Join us as we launch our quarterly tasting dinner series with our first VIP tequila dinner with Tacos Y Tequila! Residents will enjoy a fine-dining experience with curated top-notch courses and exclusive tequila pairings on Saturday, January 31, from 7-10 p.m. This VIP experience has limited seating for 30, so don’t wait to purchase tickets!
