YMCA Allentown Branch Warming Station
The food service would entail helping to set up a serving area for meal service, putting out utensils, plates, napkins etc., as well as meal components in a buffet style serving line; plating up and serving meals to participants while recording meals served; Putting away all service items as well as labeling and storing left over food, cleaning up service area as well as dining area wiping all surfaces sweeping and mopping as needed and taking garbage out.
