Cobu is a tool that helps residents of a particular apartment building create genuine community by connecting with their neighbors and neighborhood. If you’re looking to make friends or get more engaged in Downtown Allentown, Cobu allows you to connect with other residents through virtual chats and interest groups (like running, foodies, or cat lovers) and lets you know about in-person gatherings.
Through Cobu you can:
Connect with neighbors one-on-one through safe direct messages
Ask your neighbors questions through a community-wide chat
Join interest groups created by City Center residents
Buy or list items for sale through the resident marketplace
Give your opinion through building polls to influence your community
Enter a monthly $50 raffle by sharing local recommendations
