Treat Yourself Tuesday: Plants!
A variety of unique and exotic plants will be up for grabs on Tuesday, April 7, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Deliveries will begin at 4 p.m. at STRATA West and make their way through the list in order below and will aim to be all set up by 6:00 p.m. We anticipate plants to go quickly, so we recommend arriving as early as possible. Please be courteous to your neighbors and take one plant per person! RSVP on Cobu.
VIP Spring Cocktail Dinner at Simpatico
Join us as we continue our quarterly tasting dinner series with our VIP Spring Cocktail Dinner with Simpatico. Residents will enjoy curated top-notch courses and exclusive cocktail pairings featuring spring-inspired dishes and drinks on Saturday, April 18 from 7-10 p.m. All food and drink will be specially curated for this dinner only and not available on Simpatico’s regular menu. Menu to be released in the upcoming weeks. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased using the link in the Cobu app.

Resident Night at IronPigs Picnic Patio
Enjoy a night of baseball on the IronPigs Picnic Patio for the IronPigs vs. Durham Bulls on Saturday, April 25, at 6:35 p.m. with post-game fireworks. Your ticket will include: designated seating area, two and a half hour buffet, unlimited soft drinks through the middle of the 8th inning, and raffle opportunities. Only 50 tickets available. A Cobu RSVP does not secure your spot, you must purchase a $10 ticket on Eventbrite to secure your spot on the patio. Your actual IronPigs tickets will be emailed to you the week before the event. Resident Happy Hour at The Fritz Speakeasy at Vault634
Residents are invited to dress in their glamorous best to mix and mingle while enjoying complimentary appetizers and 1 free drink at The Fritz Speakeasy underground at Vault634 on Tuesday, April 28, from 6-8 p.m. Residents are welcome to bring one non-City Center resident guest. RSVP on Cobu.
