COFFEE CART VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Help St. Luke’s staff our coffee cart to serve beverages and snacks to key locations and members of our St. Luke’s community. This opportunity is perfect for those who like to interact with others, like to be on their feet, and are comfortable standing for longer periods of time. Learn more.

VOLUNTEER DRIVER – Family Promise of Lehigh Valley is looking for a few additional drivers to help transport families in their 14-passenger van/bus. A regular driver’s license, a clean driving record from PennDOT, and background clearances are required. Families are picked up at Lehigh Valley congregations at 6 a.m. and at the Day Center (1346 W. Hamilton Street) at 6 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday mornings which is 7 a.m. Congregations are within a 30-minute drive of the Day Center, some just minutes away. PREVENTION KITS 101 – The safety of our community is one of our top initiatives and concerns. Unidos needs a great deal of hands in helping create our Prevention 101 harm reduction Kits. Opportunities are available Monday 2pm-5pm, Wednesday 2pm-5pm, Fridays 12:30pm-4pm, and every other Saturday between 11am-5pm available, please email the opportunity leader for more details. VOLUNTEER TO ASSIST IN THE FOOD PANTRY – The Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank is seeking volunteers to help in our Client Choice Food Pantry from 8:30- 12 for one or more days per month. You will help the clients select their food and place it in the bags. Clients are very happy to have the assistance and help. Great way to get involved in the community. Training available. LEAD TEACHER/INSTRUCTOR – Seeking a lead teacher/instructor for after-school/summer programming in Allentown. The teacher will lead with the provided materials and instructions. Age ranges from 6 to 18 years old. The teacher will be aided by the Executive Director with no more than 6 children. Learn more.
