City Center Residential is now leasing apartments at The Hive Residences, a 258-unit community at 7th and Linden Streets in downtown Allentown. The Hive’s first apartments are set to open in Spring 2022 with the remaining units scheduled to be completed by July 2022.
The Hive, two 4-story buildings designed by Bernardon, will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with an attached parking garage. The pet-friendly building will feature a resident lounge with a coffee bar and fireplace, two courtyards with fire pits and grills, a club room with a pool table and wet bar, a dog park with outdoor seating, and a 24/7 fitness center. Co-working space with two private conference rooms and free printing will also be offered.
The Hive will provide 24/7 monitored surveillance and controlled access, community-wide Wi-Fi, and storage for bikes and personal items. The property will also offer onsite professional management, 24/7 emergency maintenance, contactless package and food delivery, and concierge services, including pet walking.
All City Center Residential tenants can participate in monthly residents-only events, such as downtown happy hours, breakfast at the Downtown Allentown Market, and volunteer opportunities. Residents also receive Gold Card discounts and VIP privileges at downtown restaurants and stores.
