Why make Downtown Allentown home? After living in Los Angeles for 8 years, I fell in love with the “city vibe” in Downtown Allentown when I moved to PA!
Are you a Lehigh Valley native? If not, what brought you to the Lehigh Valley? No, I am originally from Jersey. I moved to California after high school for college, but I moved back to the east coast a couple years ago. And I have family in the Lehigh Valley!
How did you hear about Center Square Lofts? Was it through a friend or online? Google search!
Why did you choose Downtown Allentown as opposed to other residential communities in the Lehigh Valley? When touring different apartment communities in the Lehigh Valley, I was blown away by everything included in the rental price at CSL compared to other complexes that were pretty much similar in price but did NOT compare at all to the quality I saw when touring the CSL property!
What was the deciding factor that made you choose Center Square Lofts as your new home? The gym and the other amenities! But also, the fact that CSL is super dog friendly!
Describe your commute to work. I work remotely, so it’s THE BEST!
Compared to other places you’ve lived, what makes Center Square Lofts unique? Honestly, I have lived in at least 6 different luxury apartments in California before moving here and CSL is HANDS DOWN THE BEST I have ever lived at—they have the most helpful leasing staff, professional maintenance, high-quality modern units, and have created a friendly community; just to name a few! In my opinion, the most unique quality of CSL would be the partnerships CSL has with the local businesses in the area. Supporting local and small businesses is super important to me, so I LOVE THAT!
What’s your favorite memory since you moved to Downtown Allentown? Right when I moved into CSL, it was the same time I started my wellness community on social media. Since I started that it has been great to organize different collaborations with other fitness and wellness brands in the Lehigh Valley! My favorite memory has been the empowering lifestyle photoshoots I have been able to have around the community and downtown because it was a great experience to be able to connect/collaborate with other wellness brands in the Lehigh Valley!
How did you meet other people in your residential community? Was it at a resident event or happy hour? I have met other residents mostly through the dog park.
How did you make your apartment, home? I’ve put up removable wallpaper and eclectic decor to make my apartment feel like my home!
How would you describe your decorating style? Eclectic, bold, and feminine.
What’s your favorite amenity space? The 4th-floor lounge and gym!
When you have a friend visit, which restaurant or retailer do you take them to? Fruttabowls and Blended!
