New Resident Sunday Brunch
New residents are invited to mix and mingle for a casual winter Sunday Brunch while enjoying complimentary appetizers, 1 free drink, and various tabletop games at Sports & Social on Sunday, January 12, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. RSVP on the Cobu App.
Introduction to Mindful Movement Class
Residents can enjoy the last class of a five-part series covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. Mindful movement is a practice that focuses on the present moment and cultivates a deeper connection between your mind and body. Moving with awareness in this way has many benefits and may help us improve our well-being by releasing stress, boosting mood, improving flexibility and strengthening the mind-body connection. This class will be held on Tuesday, January 14, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Cityplace Flex Space. RSVP on the Cobu App.
Hand Knit Chunky Scarf Workshop at The Baum School of Art

Treat Yourself Tuesday: Donuts!
Mary Ann Donut Kitchen will deliver a variety of fresh doughnuts first thing on Tuesday, January 21, and available first-come, first-served. Deliveries will begin at 6 a.m. at 1010 and will be all set up by 7:30 a.m. We anticipate doughnuts to go quickly, so we recommend arriving as early as possible as they are first-come, first-served. Resident VIP Happy Hour at The Moxy
Join us in welcoming Allentown’s newest boutique hotel to town at this exclusive VIP Happy Hour for City Center residents on Thursday, January 23, from 6-8 p.m. The evening will feature 2 complimentary drinks, light bites, hotel tours, photo ops, live music, and more. RSVP on the Cobu App.
Resident Night at Dave & Busters
Residents are invited to a game night with their neighbors at Dave & Busters on Saturday, January 25 from 7-10 p.m. Enjoy a night of gaming and a DYO appetizer buffet with 1 complimentary drink per person. Each resident will receive a $25 power card with 135 chips for gameplay. This event is for residents only and all tickets must be purchased on Eventbrite. (Tickets are not needed for children under 18 as they will not receive their own game card. Game cards are reserved for the resident who purchases the ticket only.)
