We love planning events for our residents! This February there’s something for everyone, from a Resident Snow Tubing Night to a Galentine’s Day Cookie Decorating Class. Keep reading to learn more about what’s happening this month.
Resident Happy Hour
Residents are invited to mix and mingle while enjoying complimentary appetizers and 2 free drinks at The Fritz Speakeasy at The Vault on Tuesday, February 4, from 6-8 p.m. RSVP on the Cobu App.
Put It On Our Tab with Bru Daddy’s
The first 100 residents to show their Cobu coupon will receive a free draft beer at Bru Daddy’s on Thursday, February 6 from 5–11 p.m. Residents are encouraged to stay for karaoke at 8 p.m.! RSVP on the Cobu App.
Super Bowl Watch Party
Residents are invited to bring a dish, snack or drink and hang out to watch the Super Bowl with fellow residents and ambassadors on Sunday, February 9, from 6-9 p.m.! Ambassadors will be hosting the watch parties at the building locations below:

Galentine’s Day Barbie Cookie Decorating Class with Well Hello Cookie
Come out to learn how to decorate Barbie-themed cookies for Galentine’s Day with Well Hello Cookie on Wednesday, February 12, from 7-9 p.m. at the Hub at Cityplace.
Your ticket includes: The instructions on decorating your themed cookies, six cookies, icing and bags, a wooden cookie scribe, tray and lid, practice sheet, napkin, and picture template. Visit the Cobu App to get your resident discount code and purchase tickets.
Treat Yourself Tuesday: Bagels
Mo’s Eatery will deliver a variety of fresh bagels and toppings in the order of the buildings below starting at 6:00 a.m. and finishing up around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, and will be available first-come, first-served. RSVP on the Cobu App.
BYOBook (A Quiet Reading Party)
Bring your own book and join like-minded readers to enjoy a quiet reading party and after-dinner desserts on Thursday, February 20, from 7-9 p.m. Discussion and light chatter are encouraged for the first and last 15 minutes of the event should you like. If not, you’re welcome to read and leave as you please! RSVP on app the Cobu to view location details.
Snacks and Sips with Sharks!
City Center residents are invited to take a last look at the Sharks traveling exhibit at Da Vinci Science Center on Wednesday, February 26, from 6-8 p.m. before it heads out of town the following weekend! Sharks is organized by the American Museum of Natural History, New York (amnh.org). The exhibit highlights a 33-ft. model of a whale shark, a model of the largest predatory fish of all time, numerous fossils, and much more! There will be a limited quantity of light appetizers and one complimentary drink per person with the opportunity to purchase additional. This event is for City Center residents only.
