Yoga in the Park
Need to stretch out your muscles after sitting at your desk all day? Come out to Yoga in the Park every Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m.! Taught by a yoga instructor from the West End Yoga Center, you will be practicing level 1-2 Vinyasa flow-style yoga. This free yoga class is open to the public. Make sure to bring a yoga mat or towel, and a water bottle!
