Residents can enjoy the last class of a five-part series covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. *You do not need to attend all classes, you can pick and choose to attend any class you like.
Mindful movement is a practice that focuses on the present moment and cultivates a deeper connection between your mind and body. Moving with awareness in this way has many benefits and may help us improve our well-being by releasing stress, boosting mood, improving flexibility, and strengthening the mind-body connection.
