Introduction to Mindful Eating Class
Residents can enjoy the fourth class of a five-part series this fall/winter covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. *You do not need to attend all classes, you can pick and choose to attend any class you like.

You’ll learn how mindfulness can be applied to eating and how it can help lay the groundwork for a positive relationship with food.
