After learning many of his co-workers from St. Luke’s University Hospital were living in the apartments in Downtown Allentown, Bright Kim fell in love with the incredible amenities and spacious apartments at Center Square Lofts. When he’s not working at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kim likes to attend resident events or hang out by the CSL pool.
Why did you make the move to Downtown Allentown? I came to Allentown for work. I’m actually not from here – I’m from the Midwest in Michigan. I work in healthcare at St. Luke’s University Health Network, and many of my colleagues live in this building.
Tell us what made you choose Center Square Lofts as your new home. I really liked the look of the building and all the great amenities.
Speaking of amenities, what are some of your favorites? Definitely the gym. There are two really nice fitness centers, one on the east side and another on the west side. I also like to go to the fourth-floor resident lounge. Sometimes I’ll take a good book and a glass of wine up there!
There are many different restaurants in Downtown Allentown near Center Square Lofts. Which are your favorite to visit? I love to hang out at The Dime, which is right across the street in the Renaissance Hotel. I also enjoy going to PA Rye Co. which is only 2 blocks away. The ArtsWalk is also a great place for live music.
City Center loves hosting events just for its residents. What are the most memorable events you’ve attended? The CSL Summer Splash series was a lot of fun. They brought a DJ to play music while we hung out in the pool. I’ve also attended Bingo Night and a Mix & Meet Happy Hour at The Dime. City Center is great at creating events that bring residents together to mingle. I really appreciate that living here.
