Halloween Walking Parade. Safely trick or treat from 9th & Hamilton down to the Arts Park on October 29 from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Get a trick-or-treat passport and a Halloween-themed bag, candy, and access to all the free activities like face painting, games, s’more-making, art, and more! City Center Residents can hand out Halloween candy! Fill out this application and complete the info in the top section. Sign and return to the city. Learn more!
DAM Trick or Treat. Stop by the Downtown Allentown Market on October 29 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and trick or treat from all your favorite vendors! They’ll have a variety of candy for you to choose from, and will be open for lunch and dinner! Save the date!
Dia de Los Muertos. On October 29 From 1-6 p.m., come out for a ‘Dia de Los Muertos’/Day of the Dead family-friendly festival in the Arts Park. The stage area will be transformed into an altar with marigolds, colorful décor, and tons of candy offerings! Food and other vendors will be set up on 5th Street with candy and trinket giveaways. Finally, to close the evening, they’ll play Disney’s “Coco” at dusk- around 6:30 pm. Learn more about this event!
Boos & Brews Bar Crawl. Join the Allentown Chamber, Downtown Allentown Business Alliance, and the Young Professionals Council for their Boos & Brews Bar Crawl on Saturday, October 29, in downtown Allentown from 2– 7 p.m. Tickets include trick or treat locations, drink specials at various locations, spooky cocktail shooters, costume contest, swag items and more! Boos & Bars After Party on the ArtsWalk. After the Boos & Brews Bar Crawl, come to the ArtsWalk for the After Party from 8-11 p.m.! There will be live music from Wonton Soups, and you’ll get entered to win a $250 Visa Gift Card when you bring your completed passport. Save the date!
