Want to learn how to make your own mozzarella? Sign up for a mozzarella-making class with Mozzarella di Michael! For just $35/person, you can make a variety of mozzarella specialties and sample some great Italian dishes to take home with you at the end of the class. Plates include:
- Mozzarella with Sea Salt, Red or Black Pepper Oil, and Garlic.
- Mozzarella with Homemade Pesto Sauce & Tapenades and Imported Prosciutto.
- Mozzarella Caprese Tomato, Mozzarella and Fresh Basil, Oil and Garlic, and Imported Soppressata.
- Giovanni’s Reduced Balsamic and Extra Virgin Olive oil
You may bring one non-resident guest with you to this class.
