Our February resident events are here to make winter in Downtown Allentown anything but boring. Designed exclusively for our apartment residents, this month’s events focus on fun, connection, and a little self-care. Whether you’re celebrating Galentine’s Day at The Jone(s) Collective, heading to Blue Mountain for a resident snow tubing night, or grabbing a sweet treat during Treat Yourself Tuesday: Donuts, February is full of opportunities to enjoy downtown apartment living at its best.
Downtown Allentown Restaurant Week

Galentine’s Day at The Jone(s) Collective
Residents are invited to a Galentine’s night in at The Jones Collective on Friday, February 13, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. for a night of 90s music, cozy vibes, crafts, a flower bar, drinks, and treats! We’ll all cozy up at a communal table to play mix and mingle games, make cozy crafts, and enjoy charcuterie bites and chocolate treats. Rosa Blanca will be hosting an on-site bar where each resident will get one drink ticket per person, and a cash bar after. Cute pajamas are encouraged! You are welcome to bring one non-City Center resident guest! Tickets are $25. Click here to purchase tickets.
Resident Sunday Brunch
Residents are invited to mix and mingle for Sunday Brunch at Rosa Blanca. Due to limited capacity, we will be doing two separate seatings to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. You will enjoy a complimentary drink and light brunch. This event is sold out, but you can check back to see if seats become available.
Resident Snow Tubing Night at Blue Mountain
Residents can enjoy a night of snow tubing at Blue Mountain Ski Resort from on Friday, February 20, 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through the Blue Mountain portal, where residents need to create their own account. They must also fill out a waiver upon ticket purchase. Please follow these steps to purchase your tickets (please note that creating a portal account does not guarantee your spot at the event; you must follow the steps to purchase a ticket.) Treat Yourself Tuesday: Donuts
Mary Ann Donut Kitchen will deliver a variety of fresh doughnuts first thing on Tuesday, February 24, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Deliveries will begin at 6 a.m. at 1010 and make their way through the list in order below, and will aim to be all set up by 7:30 a.m. We anticipate doughnuts going quickly, so we recommend arriving as early as possible. Please be courteous to your neighbors and take one doughnut per person! RSVP on the Cobu App.
