Movie in the Park
Come out to watch Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice in the Arts Park on Friday, October 24, with pre-movie festivities beginning at 5:30 p.m. The movie will begin at sunset and run until 9:30 p.m.
Trick or Treat Yo’Self at Inkwell.
Head over to Inkwell on Friday, October 24th at 8 p.m. for a Halloween comedy show hosted by Kate Hughes featuring Kierra Birdie, Ross of Nazareth, Joseph Ferraro, and John Hopkins. Wear your best costume for the chance to win a special gift from Inkwell. Tickets can be purchased for $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
The Phantom Prelude | A Halloween Day Party
If a day-party is more your speed, then you’ll want to check out Inkwell.’s Halloween experience on Saturday, October 25th from 2-6 p.m. Guests will enjoy electrifying sets by DJs Lukeman and Kenny, along with a costume contest and drinks from a local distillery. Busy adults are invited to enjoy this time for themselves! Tickets are $10 in advance and $20 at the door.
Bru Daddy’s Halloween Party
Stop over to Bru Daddy’s on Saturday, October 25, from 9 p.m. until midnight for the chance to win a 4-pack of concert tickets to a variety of shows at Archer Music Hall and an assortment of gift cards! They’ll have a DJ, costume contest, and spooky cocktails to enjoy!
Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics at Vault634
Enjoy a Fever Original Candlelight concert at Vault634 for a multi-sensory experience of a string quartet performing Halloween-inspired music amongst candlelight. Performances will be held on Tuesday, October 28 at 8:45 p.m. or Wednesday, October 29, at 6:30 p.m. A variety of ticketing levels are available per seating section with tickets beginning at $31.50.
Resident Halloween Party at The Moxy
City Center residents are invited to come out to The Moxy on Thursday, October 30 from 8-10 p.m. for a Halloween costume party featuring DJ sets by DJ Romeo, costume contest and drink specials. Each resident will get one complimentary drink and one additional if they bring a non-City Center resident guest with them! Residents can register on Eventbrite to attend.
Super Heroes and Villains Halloween Party at Da Vinci Science Center
DJ Romeo & Friends are hosting a spooktacular Halloween Party at the Da Vinci Science Center on Halloween from 8 p.m. – 12 a.m. The night will be complete with a costume contest awarding the Best Dressed Superhero, Best Villain, and Best Dressed Couple $100 in prizes! Guests will enjoy a photobooth and backdrop opportunities, cash bar, and DJ sets by DJ Romeo and DJ Jaybrickz. Tickets can be purchased for $30 on Eventbrite. City Center residents get a $5 discount with a special code that can be found on Cobu.
Boos and Brews Bar Crawl
This annual Allentown Chamber of Commerce hosted event is a crowd favorite as it features the opportunity to hop to and from 6+ Downtown Allentown restaurants to try themed drinks and treats on Halloween from 5-9 p.m. Crawl stops include Bru Daddy’s Brewing Co., Inkwell., Rosa Blanca, Sports & Social, The Dime, Okatshe where you’ll get a shooter at each location! Make sure you sport your best costume as Sports & Social will be running a costume contest, awarding the first-place winner a $500 grand prize! Tickets can be purchased for $31.60 for one or $57.10 for a pair. City Center residents get a 15% discount with a special code that can be found on Cobu.
Halloween Walking Parade
An annual favorite of locals, the Halloween Walking Parade will take place on Saturday, November 1, in Downtown Allentown, running from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The day will feature Halloween-themed treats from food vendors, merchandise for sale, community booths, crafts and activities, photo opportunities, music and dance & much more! Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes to celebrate!
Día de los Muertos
Celebrate Day of the Dead on Sunday, November 2, in the Arts Park from 2:30-7:30 p.m. with music, dance, and cultural celebration in partnership with Interlace Cultural y Desarrollo Integral Mexicano de Lehigh Valley Inc. and the Baum School of Art.
