We’re celebrating 10 years since the opening of our very first Strata West community with our first-ever Resident Appreciation Week!

Join in for a variety of experiences throughout the week throughout your communities and participating downtown businesses!

See below for the event schedule for Friday, July 25:

Chair massages at Strata West and The Hive from 6-9 p.m. *for Strata West, Strata Symphony, Strata East and The Hive residents only.

Food Truck Friday: enjoy ice cream from The Udder Bar ice cream truck from 6-8 p.m. outside of the Center Square Lofts Dog Park. Residents must show the Cobu All Access Pass to receive ice cream.

Cobu All Access Pass will live on the Perks tab at the start of Resident Appreciation Week.
