Mindfulness and Communication Class
On Tuesday, November 12, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., residents can enjoy the third class of a four-part series this fall covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. In this one-hour introduction, you will practice mindfulness and explore how mindfulness impacts communication. You will understand how, with mindfulness, you can become a good listener to yourself and others. We can recognize “signals” when ease is present between us and when it is disrupted. This will give us clues about how to foster safety with others, a fundamental building block of mindful communication. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Click here to RSVP on Cobu.

Come out for a night of decorating craft pumpkins paired with a variety of Thanksgiving pies to enjoy with your building neighbors on Wednesday, November 13, from 7-9 p.m. This event will take place in select buildings. Check the Cobu App for location details.
