Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Class

Residents can enjoy the second class of a four-part series this fall covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. Self-compassion is the practice of offering yourself kindness and care during moments of stress. It is an innate human capacity that many of us have not developed. Disney Villains Cookie Decorating Class with Well Hello Cookie

Come out to learn how to decorate Disney Villains-themed cookies with Well Hello Cookie on Thursday, October 10, from 7-9 p.m. at the Hub at Cityplace. Your ticket includes instructions on how to decorate your themed cookies, six cookies, icing and bags, a wooden cookie scribe, tray and lid, practice sheet, napkin, and picture template. New Resident Sunday Brunch: Tailgate Theme

Resident Day at Dorney Park

Enjoy a fall day at Dorney with discounted tickets and free parking! Residents will pay $24 for tickets (up to 6 tickets can be purchased per order) which includes all-day admission from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and parking for Saturday, October 19. Valid ages 3 and over. Treat Yourself Tuesday: Donuts!

Mary Ann Donut Kitchen will deliver a variety of fresh donuts first thing on Tuesday, October 22, and available first-come, first-served. Deliveries will begin at 6 a.m. at 1010 and will be all set up by 7:30 a.m. We anticipate donuts to go quickly, so we recommend arriving as early as possible as they are first-come, first-served. Late-Night Healthcare Happy Hour

Join us on Wednesday, October 23, for a late-night happy hour (starting at 7:30 p.m. instead of ending!) is a great opportunity to mix and mingle with fellow City Center resident healthcare workers and enjoy appetizers, drinks, and raffles.
