Residents can enjoy the second class of a four-part series this fall covering a variety of mindfulness topics from Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Mindfulness. *You do not need to attend all classes, you can pick and choose to attend any class you like.

Self-compassion is the practice of offering yourself kindness and care during moments of stress. It is an innate human capacity which many of us have not developed. Self-compassion is an important building block of resilience. In this one-hour introduction, you will practice mindfulness and explore its connection to self-compassion.
