Hip Hop Cardio Dance Class with Lindsay Fly
Dance it out at a FREE Hip Hop Cardio Dance Class exclusively for City Center Residents. This pop-up class is happening on Wednesday, January 24, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the LVHN Fitness Studio. This class is cardio-based and open to all levels of dance experience. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. You do not need to be an LVHN gym member to attend this class.
